Great sofa, horrible service
Dear Larry, please accept my sincere apology. You are absolutely correct, it doesn't take much time to inform customers. Infact we did write to everyone by email as soon as we were aware of the delays. If you could please get in touch so we can get to the bottom of this, I would be grateful. I need to find out why or how you did not receive the email so that we can ensure this doesn't happen again. If you could also please check your spam folder, as sometimes emails may end up there. We understand this is not an ideal situation, however we have no choice but to follow guidelines provided by the government. Our suppliers and couriers are also affected by this situation.
