Timescale

It usually takes 6 to 8 weeks to build your sofa by hand. This depends on the time of the year, as some periods are far busier than others.

Please note, the lead time is an estimate only and can be affected by the time of the year or unforeseen circumstances. If we are unable to meet the estimated dispatch or delivery date, we will contact you with a revised estimated date. Please also refer to our terms.

We never rush to finish an order, since it will compromise the built quality. Neither do we move your order up the queue for a fee. All orders are strictly done "first come first served". So you can be sure your sofas are being made with the greatest attention to detail.

Good sofas come to those who wait. It certainly takes time to build to perfection, and when it comes to an important piece of furniture such as a sofa, it is time well spent. The sofa is and always will be the most used piece of furniture in your living room. Therefore it is wise to think of it as a long term investment and be prepared to wait for the right one.
