We ordered our sofa on 19/2/2020, expecting delivery by easter at the latest. The lockdown only started a few days ago. I understand there would be a delay. They said their workshop will be shutting down, but my furniture should have been 50% completed by then. I have been talking with different people, and no one seems to ba able to get my order done. Ok the lockdown is still on, but I don't care, I paid good money and need my sofa. Now they are saying it could be the end of May. All lies about following government guidelines, blah blah blah.... absolute rubbish
Dear Customer, I am sorry for the delay caused. Please understand we have an ethical and legal responsibility to keep our staff safe at work. We understand this is not an ideal situation, however we have no choice but to follow guidelines provided by the government. Our suppliers and couriers are also affected by this situation.
